I updated the library to use dependencies using vcpkg, instead of copying them into the source tree. This affects tl-expected, and optional. I'm now using std::optional.
In order to avoid some weird problems with gtest and the CI servers I'm using (AppVeyor), I decided to change the unit tests to use Catch2. The content of the tests didn't change.
I've tested this on the different target platforms (OSX, Windows, Linux with GCC/Clang).
